What data we process

Through the forms on this site we may process your name, e-mail address, the selected domain, the content of your message, the type of service requested, an approximate budget and any other details you voluntarily include in your enquiry.

Along with the enquiry we also store technical data needed to protect the form from abuse — a shortened fingerprint of your IP address and the time of submission. This data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data or any information that is not needed to handle your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to receive, assess and handle your enquiry, to communicate about the sale of a domain or the services requested, and to prepare the next steps.

The legal basis is processing necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without your contact details we cannot reply to the enquiry or prepare the next steps.

Protecting the form against spam relies on our legitimate interest in the security and functioning of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep the data

Data from a non-binding enquiry is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication. If the communication turns into a contractual relationship, the relevant data may be kept for the periods required by law.

Recipients and transfers

Enquiries are received directly by our own server; we do not use an external form service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send marketing messages without separate consent.

To the extent necessary, the following processors handle data on our behalf:

• HOSTCREATORS, s.r.o. (European Union (Slovakia)) — web hosting and delivery of the e-mail containing your enquiry.
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — traffic measurement via Google Analytics — only if you have consented. Data may also be processed outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your data may also be disclosed to the e-mail provider through which we subsequently communicate with you.

Cookies and traffic measurement

The site uses one technical cookie that protects the form against abuse and keeps the state of your submission. Without it the form would not work, so it is not used for tracking and does not require consent.

Separately, our server keeps a simple counter of page views for individual domain pages. It stores no IP address, no cookie and no identifier — only an aggregate number for the page as a whole, so it is not personal data and does not require consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and, where the statutory conditions are met, the right to data portability.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. You can exercise your rights at info@domaincorner.eu.
